Loos

Loos is a commune in the department of Nord and the Nord-Pas de Calais region of France. It is located in the metropolitan Urban Community of Lille Metropole, and is a suburb of the city of Lille, bordering it on its southwest side. Nord is a department in the north of France. In the 1999 census, Loos had a population of 20,869.
