Chateauroux

Chateauroux is a commune of central France, prefecture capital of the Indre department. Chateauroux is the second largest town in Berry, after Bourges. It is the home to LB, La Berrichonne Chateauroux, a French football team playing in Ligue 2, the second highest division of French football. Indre is a department in the center of France named after the Indre River. It has a population of around 49,632 people.
